What is Athletic Training and Conditioning?
No matter what your sport or age, functional athletic training will enhance your game. Speed, agility, core conditioning, power and plyometrics are all used to develop leg strength and speed along with gaining a strong core for balance, flexibility and injury prevention.
Who is Athletic Training For?
Any athlete from the age of 8 and up that wants to improve their performance. Whether you are playing a sport or just want to train like an athlete, we will help build your confidence and self esteem on the court or field. Studies have shown that children who are physically active or involved in sports have a higher self esteem, do better in school and have better social skills.
Athletic training encourages children to be physically active and maintain a healthy lifestyle, which is extremely important when childhood obesity is currently on a rise.

Nex Level gives children of all ages and all skill levels the opportunity to improve their athletic skills such as speed, agility, flexibility, mobility, balance and overall coordination. Each 60 minute session is designed to progressively challenge each individual so they can master skills that will enhance their game.
Youth athletic training is not sport specific training. It is athletic training that will enhance your sport and how you play the game. We will teach proper running technique to improve speed, how to move foward, laterally and backward most efficiently, along with gaining power and strength through core training and body weight exercises.

Give your team that extra edge. Teams that train together will work better together. Working out with teammates and peers helps give the individual players a sense of healthy competition, team commorodity and most important.....confidence.
We can bring training to you at your designated practice sight.
- Without a doubt , Michelle is the unsung hero responsible for our Teams success. Besides having knowledge and passion about sport specific conditioning , Michelle has a special way to genuinely engage and motivate each individual player. Just imagine having a bunch of 14 year old boys who are actually looking forward to an exhausting workout ... priceless.

You don't have to be a kid to train like an athlete. Adults of all ages are still engaged in competitive and intramural sports. You can enhance your game with athletic training and help prevent injury. Adult group athletic training is a fun and competitive way to workout.
Speed
Have you ever been taught how to run? Seems like a silly question, we have been running almost as long as walking, right? But is your form correct and efficient? Are you as fast as you full potential?
Learn proper running form and technique to increase your speed and ability to cut faster, move better on the field.
Strength
Strength can be catorized in a few different ways. In sports like football and defensive positions in lacrosse and ice hockey, size really can matter. But stature and muscle size alone is not the key to a successful athlete. We are talking about strength and power that comes from the core. An strong athlete should be agile and fast, yet able to stand their ground and stay on their feet.
Strength training, as in weighted exercise, is introduced as the athlete matures. Our goal is to make and athlete stronger and prevent injury, so we focus on education of proper lifting technique and power movements.
Flexibility and Core Training
Having a strong core and good flexibility is sometimes overlooked in the athletic world. Core consists of your abdominal, oblique and back muscles from your chest down through the hip area. It is the center or powerhouse of your body. These two elements of training are key to overall performance and injury prevention.
