Hello, my name is Michelle Bauer and I am going to be 50 this year! I am happily married for almost 28 years and have four children ages 21, 24, 25 and 27 along with one son in law :) as of May 13th. I am a fitness professional and gym owner and decided since I have helped many moms lose the baby weight for so many years, it is time see how my knowledge and research can help others as we age.
I thought this blog would be the perfect way to share tips and connect women in their 50s, to have a resource of information and support for a healthy and fit future. I don’t care about age and I am not going to let 50 define me in any negative way. I have decided to embrace 50 and make it my biggest and best year yet. Hopefully, you find this blog inspirational and you set new goals for your year ahead. Please know It is never too late and you certainly don’t want to look back and say ‘I wish I had’, just do it NOW.
