In my spare time, I love spending time with family, reading and cooking.

Being an instructor is more to me than just leading workouts, it’s about helping people build confidence, strength, and getting healthier. It’s my passion, and I love motivating our clients to challenge themselves.
It’s not just about the physical health, but also mental wellness. I love being a part of that journey for others!
When I’m not at the gym, I love spending time with my family and friends and traveling whenever possible!

I’m passionate about building strength, conditioning and mobility for fitness today with focus on longevity.
My favorite class to teach is FIT Strength, a functional interval training class that targets building muscle, with short bursts of cardio intervals to maintain heart rate and build bone density.
I love teaching/coaching/training with optimal health as the core goal.
I love to take long dog walks with family/friend, do Bible studies and listen to live music!
